This is a large freestanding ballot or survey box, made from white foamex which is 5mm thick. It is 1 metre tall, 31cm wide and 25.5cm deep, with a generous slot size of 23cm by 8cm. It stands on a large base which is 40cm by 35cm, making it stable in use.

The sliding door on the rear of the unit makes it very easy to collect the data which has been posted and the opaque white finish maintains the privacy of the data inside the survey box. It is ideal to collect confidential feedback from customers or visitors or for collecting business cards at events and exhibitions.
